1. MINIMUM ORDERS:
All orders will be a minimum of $25.00 net. Any orders less than minimum will be charged at the $25.00 minimum rate.
2. TERMS:
1% 10 days – NET 30 days. Discounts are to be taken as per our terms and any extended discounts will be considered as partial payments in accordance with New Jersey UCC Code Section 1-207. Past due accounts, over 45 days, will be charged 1- 1/2 % interest per month and all orders will be placed on CREDIT HOLD and not reissued into production until the
account is up to date.
3. DELIVERY:
All merchandise will be shipped FOB, Aloris Factory, Clifton, N.J., 07015. We ship UPS, unless otherwise specified. All merchandise will be shipped in partial shipments, unless notified to the contrary. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours.
4. CLAIMS/SHORTAGES/SHORT SHIPMENTS:
Claims, shortages, or short shipments must be reported within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Packaging must be intact and all claims must be reported through delivering carrier. Packaging must be retained for damaged goods inspection. Please always refer to our order number.
5. RETURNS/RESTOCKING CHARGES:
All returns must be authorized and accompanied by an “RGA” number issued by Aloris and shipped prepaid. We will accept returns within a 30 day period as long as items have not been used. If the error was our responsibility, there will be NO restocking charge. All other returns will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%. If the goods require refurbishing, anadditional 10% charge to be determined after inspection. Aloris reserves the right to inspect and approve all returns.
6. GUARANTEE/SERVICE:
The products are guaranteed to be free from defect in material and workmanship. Products will be repaired or replaced, at our option, at no charge unless items have been: misused, abused, accidentally damaged or normal wear and tear and also where alterations or modifications were or have been made by anyone other than Aloris. Repairs not covered by the foregoing guarantee will be made at net pricing and shall be payable persuant to the foregoing terms.
7. PRICES:
Prices are guaranteed at time of order into production. Prices are subject to change without notice. The catalog 2010 supersedes any pricing policies & procedures of any previous catalog and will remain until 12/31/2010.
8. REPAIRS/SPECIALS:
Repairs and parts are quoted within 24 hours. Aloris Tool will manufacture these products. All special tooling products are on a quotation basis and are non-returnable and non-cancellable once order is received.
